This was so fast. Use it for party favors, X-mas, not just for Halloween.
You cut your card stock 6" by 3&1/4"~ Then score at 1"& 3"& 4". Punch holes and thead ribbon. YOU ARE DONE.
I used M&M's snack size for the inside. But, you could use any snack size candy.
